Being able to move about successfully is a vital part of living in your own home and participation in society. Some individuals may need assistance with mobility, both in the home and when out accessing the community. Our support workers can help with:
- Functional transfers (bed to wheelchair or getting off the toilet)
- Ambulation (Walking without the use of a mobility aid)

- Bespoke transport (being driven places by support staff)
