We provide full or part time support services for adults with mental health conditions. Mental health problems can result in a variety of ongoing areas of disability that Caerus Care provide support for. We provide a range of services to enable people to live as independently as possible. Our support workers work within a framework of care set out by a care plan, which is written in conjunction with the individual and their family. The services may cover:
